Just back From The Post Office

5x7 bubble mailer with 1 chip, $1.13.

5x7 bubble mailer with 2 chips, $1.30.

I'm wondering if it is better to mail INEXPENSIVE chips in a regular envelope with thin cardboard on each side and be willing to replace any broken chip. The total amount saved on every package would probably exceed the amount lost on the few damaged packages. Just a thought.
