Do the chips typically have a UV marker?

Or is it just the luck-of-the-draw in finding a chip that has something on it that looks cool in UV light?

I wasn't aware that they purposefully marked chips with UV markers.

How common is this, if they do in fact do it for security/counterfeit-stopping reasons?

Just curious.
