I still do not understand grin

Manufacturers do not drill chips through the center and fill them other than where a lead weight was used. A lead weight shows up like no other thing, I already explained that. Purely because it is the only substance impenetrable by xray.
The only other thing a manufacturer sometimes does is to router out a shallow area (several microns only) to form a reservoir for adhesive/resin. This DOES NOT go through the chips.
Neither of the above can possibly be mistaken for a drilled and subsequently filled cancellation hole.

When the report is issued you will learn several other reasons why these things cant be mistaken.
