One thing to keep in mind in the casino pits is that the floor supervisors there are not really management like restaurant manager is. Most of them don't really supervise the employees -- they supervise the games.

In Poker it sort of depends on where you are.

At the Plams, the Floorman is actually working in the Poker room. they act aashioers and Brushes as well as supervising the games and employees.o it seems reasonable to me to share tips with them after all the work they do helps me make money. In some ways its more like a waiter sharing tips with the busperson then with the manager.

In other rooms the tip may actually be a bribe for a better place in the rotation -- which is why the bigger corporations are eliminating the practice.
