It means the dealers tip the floor people.

This really can't be compared to what is happening at Wynn.

What is happening at Wynn is this.

You get a job that is in an industry where the workers generally get paid more than the supervisors. You have the job for a while when the boss decides that supervisors need to be paid more. So he gives thema raise. But the Boss doesn't want to spend his own money to give them a raise, so he reduces your salary to pay the salary of the supervisors.

I really thought It would be Harrah's to pull something like this first. I'm kind of shocked that it was Wynn.
