I admit I know absolutely nothing about casino chips,the fire, or what games they had in 1980, hell I don't even know what color the pre-fire toilet paper was, but the undisputed fact is Anthony Vacelli was AT the fire and (with permission) he took some smoke damaged souvenirs from the burnt building with his own two hands and you can't change those facts. you can argue all day long about what game the chips are for but you can't change what happened.
