The Person that owns them was a security guard he has pictures of these chips in the burnt out ruins of the casino, so you are absolutely wrong, they are smoke damaged and some are melted together, they are roulette chips and are not marked with any MGM logos, the metal tray is from a blackjack table, the person that owns them has no reason to make up a story, he and 2 other guards had to get special permission to remove the items, they were also responsible for watching the location after the fire and the quarintine period during the investigation.
