OK, I live in NH so what do I know? IMO everything I have read or seen ( yes I've been to Vegas) indicates "the Strip" includes Mandalay Bay to Stratosphere on Las Vegas Blvd. It does not include the Palms, Rio or any other Casino located off Las Vegas Blvd. Perhaps some day as Vegas continues to grow this will change but for now I'll stick to above.
