Sounds like the goods were valuable enough to merit the 1.30 in insurance, I insure once I hit about 20.00 value on up. I know Chuck and If he said he hasnt got it yet then he didnt. I know there are some ebayers that pull the "it never came" card but you are dealing with a member of our club and if it were me I would refund the whole thing and I bet its just slow in the mail, I once had some chips come to me that were mailed first class and took a long time to come(from Joel Brixious) but they finally arrived and where were they that whole time?? Only the US postal knows!! To date in 6 years I have had 3 packages to me never arrive and 6 that I have mailed out of over 1,000 never arrived or claimed by buyers never to arrive, I replaced them all, insured of course. This does happen but at least with someone like Chuck Smorse you can rest easy knowing he is very honest, refund him and ask that he pay you when they finally show up, think positive, thats my advice, take it or flush it, its all good.
