I feel you owe Chuck either his money or the chips. If I sell something and the buyer refuses insurance and it has any value I insure it to cover myself.

I did a large trade with Terry Shaffer and his chips to me never arrived. I think it was 15 chips. Terry immediately offered to replace them. I said lets wait a while as I felt bad knowing it wasn't his fault. The chips never were delivered and he replaced them. Barry
