Good information to know John, which we were not aware of at the time ... but in all actuality ... truth be known and talk about gambling; we were hoping for another "bump" on the rescheduled flight.

We experienced a similar situation a few years ago on the way out early to a CC & GTCC convention (being in no particular hurry as to when we arrived) and spent the entire day in Chicago O'Hare where we received THREE consecutive bumps at the same airport ... plus an overnight hotel stay. We wound up with $1800 in AA travel vouchers before we landed in Las Vegas!

What a country!!
