I use Verizon. I previously used Alltel, but I wasn't pleased with the service, and they kept screwing up my bill. My son also used to use Altel and dropped them. Before that, he used T-Moble and had nothing but nightmares.

I have a couple of friends that use Cingular and are very happy with them as well.
