Paul's comment about traders strewn all over his office applies to most of my chips except traders, which are nice and neatly organized in 80 pocket books!

My Nevada collection is organized exactly the same as yours, Allan, except I put roulettes and non-denoms after the value chips. I also organize non-Nevada the same as you, except I don't differentiate riverboats or tribals (they just go in whatever state is appropriate).

Although I have several sets of chips framed for display, I store most of my collection in 100 chip hard plastic chip boxes (credit Gene Trimble for that idea). My high value chips are in snaptite holders, which I store in Whitman coin boxes. I also have two exceptions to the normal organization -- I have my 2000 YOD and Sonoma Joe's Casino collections separately stored in 80 pocket books for easy access. Each of these sub-sets will eventually be framed for display.

Unfortunately, I have 3000+ chips still waiting to be catalog'd and organized!
Been distracted the last three years -- I blame that on Glenda, golf, football and inertia, not necessarily in that order.

As a side note, my casino logo golf ball collection has now passed the 150 mark. I have them displayed on a bookcase in golf ball sized plastic boxes. Because they are a recently developed collecting interest, they are up-to-date except for this week's arrivals.

To Dave C: however you decide to organize your chips now, be prepared to change your mind about it at least a few times as your collection grows!
