I think you will find you own way. When I first started I must of changed it several times until I noticed I was getting dups because I had no real organization. I also have a database as well. My traders are in a separate book and also now online. So I just followed how the chipguide works, since there and the TCR and other books are my main source.

I have it almost like everyone else has mention. I finally put it into binders using flips by Nevada, Las Vegas, Riverboats,Indian and Landbase Casinos. Then within the books, by city, by casino, followed by the denomination order. This is how you look things up.

Many people has specialties, like Jane mentioned. I love horse racing chips and they are not in a binder, but on the wall in a oak boxed stand, in round casings and on the stands. So see what works for you.
