They are definitely slabs, not snaptites. Here's the text of the ad (see the 3rd paragraph where they are referred to as "authenticated" AND "encapsulated" -- the right bracket key on my laptop has stopped working, so can't bold it for emphasis). ----- jim o\-S

The story of Binion's Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas is the stuff of which legends are made. Think glamour, think intrigue and excess, think money! Many say that the opening of Binion's Horseshow (sic grin) Casino in 1951 was the beginning of "big time" gambling in Las Vegas. Home to the "World Series of Poker" and one of the oldest casinos in Vegas, it's difficult to imagine what Las Vegas might have been without the influence of Benny Binion. It's interesting to speculate, as well, what might have become of the owner's son.

Heir to the famous Horseshoe Casino, Ted Binion, was raised amidst everything good and bad that "Sin City" represents. Working at the family casino, Binion saw a constant flow of money that lead (sic grin) him to develop an appreciation and eye for quality silver. Ultimately, he amassed an amazing 46,000-pound silver hoard. "Black listed" by the Nevada Gaming Control Board in 1997 (an action making it illegal for him to enter any casino, including the Horseshoe) Binion stashed his hoard in several locations before finally placing it in a vault dug far below the Nevada desert floor. 36 Hours after his untimely demise in 1998, two "friends", who were later arrested for his murder, unearthed Binion's hoard. Eventually his hoard came to be considered one of the three most important silver discoveries ever in the US.

The Poker Chip trio contained in this offer represent the storied history behind Binion's Horseshoe Casino. They have been authenticated sad by NGC and come encapsulated mad in an NGC multi-holder, ready to become a conversation piece in your collection.

# One Navy $5 Chip (with Benny Binion picture)
