There are certain instances where I would love to have drilled examples (higher denominations or very expensive chips) but have only seen "notched" examples. IMO notched examples really suck and you might as well have cut the chip in half. I think the drilled examples still look very nice and I certainly wouldn't mind having them in my collection.
