The BCA requires a W2G on all poker tournament wins of $600 or more.

If and when the IRS desides to act because casinos are not following the BCA, they will require 28% witholding on tournament wins on a 1099.
Its a pick-em, which would you prefer?? I feel certain the IRS prefers the 28%.
The casinos not following the BCA will have caused it.
I'm done.
