Jim, your comments appear to be directed towards POKER, what about other sources of gambling, such as high limit slot machines or tables games that included side bets (bonuses).

I have talked with Harrah's Rincon about their $100 slot machines wherein the gambler playes the maximum bet $300, the answer, we only issue a WG form if the winnings are in the 5 figure amount.

As for the table games with side bets, such as "Lucky Ladies" and "Pai Gow", a NV casino told me that they do not issue a WG form on a bonus win because it's not a wager, HA!

Also, what about high rollers who bet large amounts, sometimes over a million, does the casino issue a WG every time, I think not? So how do the casinos handle the High Rollers (Whales)?
