I really don't feel like I " got took ". Steve
emailed me on several occasions to check the status of the shipment. He verified my address to make sure it was sent to the right location etc, etc. The fact that he stayed in touch and was very apologetic and concerned made a difference to me. If the mail is the true culprit here, then I feel Steve should not have to suffer the punishment alone. The fact that I have purchased from him before and never had anything but great results makes a difference too.

I think $2 was resonable. I do not mind at all bearing some of the cost caused by poor mail service.

He could have said "tough luck"! "Sorry, but"..
. but he offered what I feel was fair. I hear what you are saying Paul, I just have a different feel for this.

And Paul, there is one other thing...I guess the first thing that came to mind for me when this all came about, was this...What if Steve felt [ Gee..I wonder if Jim really got the chip but he is pretending not to have, just to get his money back} Heck, the world is full of scammers.

So I am not saying you are off base Paul, I just am saying that in this case I feel it was fair.
