That makes absolutely no sense what so ever. The buyer is wrong for not asking before the auction end and the seller is wrong for being a postage gouging scumbag.

Just because the buyer did not ask the postage gouging scumbag what would happen before the end does not merit negative feedback for the postage gouging scumbag. He stated what he charged for each auction. When you bid you accept the conditions of the auction.

I agree 100% that the postage was outrageous...but it does not merit negative feedback...If the buyer doesn't pay he is the one that deserves negative feedback. A deal is a deal. The seller plainly stated his charges, sad as it may be.
