I can understand the way feel about your transaction. You feel like you were taken advantage of. It would be wise for the seller to give you a refund or price adjustment if he uses this board.

If I was the seller of those chips have gave you a refund. I would then relist them on ebay. There are 10 million people a day looking at auctions on eBay.

In the Past when I give a refund and relist the item I tend to get more $$$ for it anyway.
