Charles,

I am gonna have to disagree.

Yes the chunks missing are probably due to cancelation. Howver, one of the chunks looks a bit uneven. Like a bit more came off since the cancellation.

Also, it does not look like it has crisp edges and the lettering looks just a bit less crisp than Mint.

I tend to be a stickler when someone says MINT.

If there is even the smallest flaw that can't be contributed to the manufacturing process I would not consider a chip mint.

This chip in my mind is not mint.
