I agree Jane. One never knows how long an item will take to get delivered.

I mail out over 200 chip packages each month. The delivery time is usually pretty good. Occassionally, a few packages are delayed for one reason or another (like maybe from the recent blackout?). Sometimes a package mailed from New Jersey addressed to the New England area takes longer to deliver than a package to the West Coast. Rarely does a package not show up at all.

I would suggest that Phyllis give it some more time. As for submitting a claim (if insured) I don't think the USPS will process a claim until after 30 days ... which to my thinking is the USPS' way of admitting that sometimes things do go astray.
