Phyllis, sorry to hear this, but.....
In Response To: sad Lesson Learned... ()

I highly recommend that you file a Claim with Jim Pierre. I also highly recommend that you not present your case here and not tell us who you are referring to.

Although members of the Silver Striker Chapter of the CC&GTCC may not necessarily be members of the CC&GTCC, it still remains that they are required to adhere to the same Code of Ethics of the CC&GTCC.

Therefore, you do have recourse. Also, your email traffic does atest to your agreements and is good evidence to provide to Jim Pierre in support to a Claim. Although I do not wish to speak for Jim Pierre (I'm sure he will likely be along shortly to post his own response) I believe that should he determine that the offending individual is not a Club member (and only a Chapter member) then Jim can proceed to have the Chapter Officers look into the matter based on the Chapter Code of Ethics.

Jim Pierre can be contacted at: claims@ccgtcc.com .

Please do not expect Jim to contact you, as it is your responsibility to file the Complaint, without which Jim can do nothing.

Jim, please correct me if I am in error.

Thanks,

Jim Follis
