Though Gerry Spence certainly is not unbiased, I think he is far more credible than the government agents. And of course the aquittals of Randy Weaver and Kevin Harris indicate that a jury found his account more credible than the Agents accounts.

That is accurate, though it was caused by the Magistrate misleading him as to the consequences of a conviction (which was actually the result of charges which were the result of entrapment).

No, he would dispute this fact. Randy Weaver was acquitted. Kevin Harris was acquitted -- his shooting was found to be self defense. That is undisputed. They did not open fire on government officials they returned fire after being unlawfully attacked.
