The Pines was made by USPC and delivered directly to New Albany, IN in 1929. I'm almost certain that the JAC was made by Burt (late '40s or '50s). I think the Anchor was also made by USPC although there are no records..

I am not aware of any crest and seals made by Mason. I am aware that many USPC c&s were distributed by Mason.

Yes. USPC made Hubs.

That's correct; USPC made the HUB mold chips ...
I should also add that Mason did ...
