May not be a matter of "cross-over" or "later" ...

... with these chips, because I think research shows us that the club opened in 1929 and both the G&S and HUB chips were shipped from USPC in 1929 (HUB in March/C&S in AUG; if I'm reading correctly grin ) and possibly used for/in different games/rooms.

Yes. USPC made Hubs.
Would anyone care to guess which litho inlay chip
That's correct; USPC made the HUB mold chips ...
