I may have the scans at home. However both these chips have corresponding hub molds. The "N club B" is the Anchor Club from Yazoo City, MS. I think Gene identified a similar color, hot stamped, Hub.

I have no info on the JAC. I definitely have a hub with a similar but slightly smaller inlay. In both instances the plain mold and hub are the same color. I guess that's just a coincidence.

Yes. USPC made Hubs.
Would anyone care to guess which litho inlay chip
That's correct; USPC made the HUB mold chips ...
