Just wanted to note that when I said "honest and upfront about what the minimum is'' I definitely was not saying people not doing that were "dishonest." My experience is many chip dealers/collectors don't like to tell you "everything" about a chip. Sometimes they don't like to tell you how many they have of a chip. Sometimes don't like to tell you what they paid for it. And of course as in this discussion sometimes they don't like to tell you what price they are asking. Doesn't make them dishonest, but may make them less than completely honest and upfront about how they answer your questions.
