I agree with you. That is one reason I never use the prefix or name / number embossing / printing as a true variation. All Harrah's cards I put in RRs are based on design, text differences, player level, logos, phone numbers, etc. I tend to be very conservative when it comes to placing Harrah's cards in RRs. If there are 4-5 Harrah's cards in the RR already I will likely not put in any other variations.
A horrible thought, a RR with nothing but Harrah's variations.
