I have no problem with anyone collecting any card they want from any casino or location. My point was only that the 3 digits do not indicate issue location or that a card "came" from a certain location.
Regarding the statement that the cards are all identical, That is also not true. There are so many variations in cards from one Harrah's casino to the next that it is difficult to keep up with them all. Also keep in mind that the various locations are not always issuing the same card design at the same time. Some locations will never issue a particular variation.
I collect all the variations in front design, font, back text, player level, logos, color, phone numbers, etc. I do not collect based on the first 3 digits because they do not represent a new variation to me.
I support those that wish to collect the cards based on the first 3 digits. I have helped many of them get cards to fill vacancies in their collection. I will continue to do so. I will also continue to point out the true facts about what the 3 digits represent. All collectors should have the correct info they can then decide what is appropriate for their collection.
