Jim; As a layman, I'm not going to exchange legalise with well-versed attorneys on this message board. I've posted what I feel in my gut and in my heart. If my sentiments conflict with your interpretation of the law, sobeit. There is NOTHING that you can post that will persuade me to think otherwise, so these back and forth posts are becoming an excercize in futility for both of us. I believe in my head and in my heart that what David Whalen did ... and is obviously still doing ... is plain WRONG ... and those who are placing orders with him is also WRONG (in my opinion). You obviously feel otherwise ... which you are entitled to. It's been nice chatting with you....
