Everybody seems to forget what the city was like under Dinkins. Remember the Crown Heights Riots. That was all Dinkins fault. He waited two days to do anything about it. He left the city in a mess and Rudy did a good job straightening it out. I remember once in Chinatown going into a public parking lot woth meters. A man of lesiure would show me to a spot like he was the parking attendant, then look for money to watch my car. Or the fellow who always wanted to wipe my windows every week with the dirty rag in his hand. Don't know where Rudy hid them all but IM not looking for them. Barry
