Not likely BriaN. Many of these "bums" have criminal records which takes them out of the job market ... which is why they hang in the parks and in front of liquor stores. Many of them have been living this lifestyle for all of their adult life ... and no amount of free hamburgers will change that.

There are soup kitchens set up in churches in A.C. that make sure hundreds of the unfortunate homeless (not only from A.C.) are fed ... but also the out of town bus people who come into A.C. daily for the free meals at the church and a bus coin voucher to be redeemed at the casinos.... DAILY!
