Sal- The stated terms of the auction override any BS law that he is trying to invoke. Your shipping cost is part of the price he agreed to pay. He bid on an auction accepting the terms. Those terms were clearly stated. I wish you would give us his username so we could all post negative feedback for being an unethical weasel.
