Do you think the fact that King of BlackJack and Oscar Goodman $100 chips were not sold into the hobby, but to individuals who were not generally selling them into the hobby is a consideration on why you view this differently thenm the Pai Gow chips?

Would your view of the Pai Gow chips be any different if the employee who ordered them and bought them all up for resale to collectors had obtained the explicit permission from the owner or higher-ups to do this? (I ask because your statement suggests that is a relevant consideration)
