The sign would certainly seem to indicate a Mapes Money Tree. And as for the different addresses, I believe - though I'm not certain - that this is the same corner where Eddie's Fabulous '50s was located. TCR lists the address for Eddie's as 211 N. Virginia. It's possible there was an entrance on 2nd and an entrance on Virginia, with Virginia St. the official address.
