Backing Off and the ADA (NCR)

Howdy,

My wife and I ended up having a debate of Casinos (let's say in Nevada) and people playing who were visually imparied.

What do the casinos do if someone wants to play, but can't see the cards, dice, layout, whatever?

I've heard that the Casinos can back someone off or say their play is no longer welcome - end of story. I normally hear this when counting is suspected, but this is different.

Besides, we're not talking about the huge mistake it would be for a business to discriminate, but rather could the casino deny someone based on this without getting their booty in a sling with the ADA?

Thanks for your thoughts :)
