I have an Intel microscope that plugs into the usb port of my computer. They were marketed for kids a few years ago and they have stopped making them now. I think they were about $100 new, but recently Intel closed them all out on their site for about $25 each, so I bought one.

I use the 10x magnification and just hold a UV light next to it. It works right from Photo Shop and couldn't be any easier!

Check out eBay, I see them for sale there quite often.
