Hello everyone, This is my first time ever post. I've recently had a bad experience with a seller on ebay who uses the term rare and scarce very liberally. I knew that the chip I had purchased was not scarce. I needed this chip for my collection and felt the price was right. However, the chip I received was not the one shown. Apparently, these so called scarce and rare chips are put on ebay week after week with the seller using the same picture over and over. I do not know if this seller is a club member or not. My inquiries to this seller have gone unanswered. Does anyone else feel this type of selling of chips is unethical? Does the club police this kind of activity in anyway?
