I strongly object to your using someone's name to involve them in a situation in which they are not involved. Did you ask the individual for permission to do so? If you used my name I would be furious, and I understand that I absolutely in no way measure up to this individual's credentials in this hobby. You could have just simply said "if an individual with an impecable reputation for honesty and fairness" instead of mentioning any individual's name. It is not fair what you did.
