David,

Just because there was a disagreement in the past, it does not mean that this was the disagreement that led to Jim Reilly's departure. It could be something entirely different. The nature of the disagreement has nothing to do with whether it is a private matter. It is a private matter until the parties agree to make it public. I am on a couple of boards and we have disagreements more often then we have agreement. But regardless of our personal positions, once a decision has been made, we all stand behind it.
