Re: When is "private matter" a private?

Jim indicated at least part of the disagreement on the club board earlier. I've posted a link below. It was not a disagreement over some private matter, it was a disagreement over club policy, specifically whether members that refuse to cooperate in this investigation should be subject to disciplinary action as spelled out in our club's code of ethics.
