The same thing happened to me. I had mailed a bunch of chips to someone { uninsured } then about a month later they received the padded mailer Empty. We both went to our own P.O. but there was nothing they could do about it. I was told that even if they never receive it there was still nothing that could be done about it since it wasn't insured. Since then when ever I mail something 90% of the time I get insurance on it.
