Try just installing another copy of Internet Explorer (or Netscape). You can have as many browsers as you like on your PC. Just be sure to put the Icon to start the new version on your desktop, or select the right program to RUN if that's the way you launch new programs.

What version of Windows are you running? Maybe it's a customized version for a particular company. If so, you would do well to replace it with a standard version.
