Dave that content advisor sounds more like a blocking program so the user can only visit approved sites, those marked for business. It isn't password protection.

You should be able to remove IE easily with add/remove programs? There are versions of IE or Netscape on every AOL CD that you probably get mailed once a month. ;-) So it's not complicated.

You may be able to disable the software that limits which sites you are allowed to visit by looking in preferences and security in IE.
