think about contacting one of the TV stations that have people that look into problems like yours and can't get them resolved? Detroit area has Ruth to the Rescue (WDIV-TV), The problem solvers (channel 2) and others. I have used these people to get money owed for refunds, a new hood for my car when it was brand new and the dealer wouldn't replace it when there was something wrong, and other things.
