The only thing I'm curious about is why the initial testing of the powder found contained in the NBC letter tested negative (still negative?). When some suggest the letter contained too small of an amount of the powder to detect (but still do what it was intended to do), does this mean if applied in small amounts (doses) it will go undetected?
