Fact: Heat can kill a bacterium.
Question:
If you threw your (suspect) mail in the microwave for say 1 min would it be safe? (I know chips need to simmer 
) A similar process takes place in killing bacterium in milk, it's called Pasteurization. Maybe we should 'pasteurize' our mail..... 
Would it work?
