It probably was cleaned. I can't remember who I got it from but it was circulated (but clean of gunk and nicks).

I would suspect it was at least cleaned to get the gunk off and possibly more. I can't tell subtle color differences but I can tell that the scan is pretty close to the actual chip color.

Hard to say though. If your scanner makes its a touch too dark, and mine makes it a touch too light then we have a huge difference in the scans. Maybe next convention I will bring mine along and we can compare them side by side.
